At Dubaldo Music we have not only very low prices to help the beginning student and their parents, we also have a Rental and a Rental/Deferred Purchase option to make purchasing the instrument, or returning it if the little prodigy isn't that interested, very easy. We offer you a no-hassle, no-commitment trial period, and the ability to cancel the rental at any time thereafter with no penalty.
Violin and Viola Rental/Deferred Purchase Agreement It works like this: You will pay a one-time fee of $45.00. This fee entitles the student to use this instrument for up to 45 days. After the intial 45 day period is up, if you choose to continue with this rental/deferred purchase agreement you will be authorizing monthly payments of $25.00 each - 5 monthly payments for the violin, or 13 monthly payments for the viola. If at the end of the initial 45 day period you decide to puchase the instrument outright, your full $45 payment will be applied to the purchase. The "cash price" will apply and your total cost for this instrument including applicable sales tax will be $136.74 for the violin and $296.80 for the viola. If you continue for the full term of this agreement (45 day initial period plus all monthly payments) you will pay a total of $170.00 for the violin and $370.00 for the viola including applicable sales tax. The instrument will be fully paid and is then yours to keep. To terminate this agreement at any time, you must return the instrument in the same condition as provided to you, and send written notice of termination at least 7 days prior to the next payment due date. Monthly payments will cease. There will be no refunds for partial months. There will be no additional charges for termination. If the intrument has been abused or damaged you will be responsible for any reasonable repair costs prior to this agreement being terminated. In order to participate in this offering, you must authorize all monthly payments via VISA or MASTERCARD and provide current credit card informatin for billing purposes. When you come to the store to pick up your instrument, you will receive a copy of this signed rental agreement. |
